FRESH MINDS SYMPOSIUM 2013 - Youth Conference
UVic is excited to introduce, Fresh Minds 2013 – "Brain Food: Feed Your Mind" a day-long youth conference on Wednesday, February 20th, 2013, for up to 200 grade 9 & 10 students from across BC.
- Quench your thirst for knowledge and learning through a variety of different interactive workshops and presentations.
- Each school is invited to register up to ten Grade 9 & 10 students with their teachers and/or chaperones for this free UVic event.
- Students will learn basic tools that will help them become effective leaders, supporting healthy curiosity and inquiry.
- Students will also get an early taste of university life, making connections and interacting with UVic faculty, staff and students as they explore our campus.
